It has been a good day. I got word back from one of the mortgage guys, he informed me that although the house only appraised for 135k three years ago, it will appraise for around 150k now and that is great. Since Mom is gifting the equity down to 115, I will have a huge down payment with the equity in the house. It will be great as soon as I can get us moved in there. Kenzie has been a little on the crazy side today. Laughing like she has never laughed before. I couldn't help but laugh at her myself. I mean it was like she laughed for about 5 minutes straight. She thought that me fooling around with Daddy was funny. Maddie has been great. I couldn't ask for a better baby. And I think that does it for my update, hope all is well.
